Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones mentioned in the project agreement. Any delay in payment may affect the project timeline and attract additional charges or interest. Advance payment is mandatory for material procurement and scheduling.
While we strive to meet agreed deadlines, the timeline may be affected due to external factors such as weather conditions, client-side delays, or third-party dependencies. We will always communicate any significant delays.
Once a project is confirmed and work has commenced, cancellation will not be entertained. In case of cancellation before execution, partial refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative and consultation costs.
Clazzi Houses will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We ensure high-quality workmanship and material sourcing but do not guarantee results beyond our control.
All designs, drawings, logos, and content used or created by Clazzi Houses remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are not permitted to reproduce or resell our designs without permission.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website or services after changes implies acceptance of those modifications.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in our operational region.
